Get out the itsaboys!
Elias Olin Works was born this morning. Somewhere around 11 a.m., the twentieth day of December, The Year of our Lord Two Thousand and Four. He’s a big boy — nine pounds, ten ounces; and 21 inches long.
Those are almost completely arbitrary numbers to me, but Tony sounded proud on the phone, so I’m happy he’s big and doing well. Tony called at noon, but we got cut off shortly after I got those statistics so I didn’t have a chance to get much more information. I’m sure he has many other phone calls to make.
I’ll be going to KC sometime tomorrow or Wednesday to meet Eli, and should have some pictures after that.
